* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Production Management, Engineering or related field;
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment;
* A minimum of 2 years' supervisor experience;
* Demonstrated leadership aptitude to work with people and set direction within a cross-functional team;
