Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; postgraduate qualification preferred.
* 6 + years of experience in the medical device or highly regulated industry.
* Experience with audit management, process validation, CAPA systems, sterilization, and clean room environments.
* Strong project management and Six Sigma skills.
* Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
