Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm, is currently looking to hire a Client Services Executive to join their team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Role Duties Include:
1. The provision of general administrative support to a team of Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Private Client Advisers
2. Acting as the first point of contact for clients; dealing promptly and efficiently with client queries
3. Updating and monitoring the CRM system on an ongoing basis; preparing documentation to comply with legislative requirements in data management for our client
4. Management of follow-up activities from client meetings; completion of minutes of meetings and monitoring task completion
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative position
* Degree or Master's level in Business/Finance related area
* A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills
