We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our lab operations in QC BioAnalytical Sciences. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and undertaking activities pertaining to lab operations and compliance with minimal supervision. 1. You will implement continuous improvement projects, supporting a lean culture and Right First Time (RFT) initiatives. 2. As a representative of the QC unit, you will liaise with internal and external customers on various analytical techniques including cell based- bioassays, immunoassays, cell culture (use of cells to execute bioassays), Aseptic Technique experience is essential. 3. Plan multiple complex routine/non-routine methods/procedures & a large variety of assays. Participate in peer review of analytical data.
