Job Description:
Solution engineers play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation by developing technical solutions that meet business needs.
As a solution engineer, you will be responsible for liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system scope, and develop technical specifications.
Your primary objective will be to contribute to the continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insights and drive business planning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving the technical vision and execution of products
* Understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications
* Formulating and defining systems scope and project objectives
* Working in technical development processes to ensure successful product delivery
* Identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and precedent
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, including software development, engineering, or related fields.
A proven analytical, data analysis, organization, and presentation skills are essential, as well as intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Knowledge of applicable business systems and industry standards is also required, as well as proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
Bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience is necessary, along with demonstrated ability to manage a diverse project portfolio.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
