- Residential Developments Location: Cork (projects across Cork & Kerry) We're working with a well-established engineering consultancy in Cork that is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee a number of residential developments for one of their key developer clients.The Role You'll be responsible for managing several residential projects from early design and planning through construction and completion.Acting as the main point of contact for the client, you'll coordinate internal engineering teams, external consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
