Enterprise Leadership Role
This role requires an experienced leader to oversee a multi-workstream delivery portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and successful programme execution.
* Manage multiple project workstreams, fostering collaboration across business functions.
* Develop structured governance frameworks, status reporting, and RAID logs for optimal programme oversight.
* Oversight of budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor engagements is also required.
* Candidates must be able to engage senior leadership and provide clear communication on progress and risks.
* Ensure delivery discipline, quality assurance, and compliance with organisational standards.
* Support change management, stakeholder impact analysis, and effective communication planning.
* Facilitate collaboration between business teams, engineering, data, and PMO to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
* 8+ years in programme or portfolio management.
* Demonstrated experience in complex enterprise transformation programmes.
* Strong financial management, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
