 
        
        Purchasing Administrator Role
We are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our global distributor based in Dublin City Centre.
The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, inventory management or stock control and possess a growth mindset, keen attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn, improve and contribute to the success of the business.
Main Responsibilities: Process purchase orders, manage inventory, maintain SAP item master data, run MRP, investigate delivery discrepancies, coordinate customs clearance, conduct purchase and stock analysis with regular reporting, build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years' experience in purchasing, logistics or inventory-focused role, excellent MS Office skills, experience with SAP an advantage, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent administrative skills, customer-focused approach, analytical mindset, flexible and adaptable approach to work.
