Conduct peer reviews and support junior team members' coaching and development;
Drive automation and efficiency by identifying process improvements in payroll systems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of tasks including end-to-end payroll execution.
The job involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Candidate should have at least 3-4+ years of experience in payroll management,
* Knowledges on Irish Payroll Legislation Compliance/IPASS qualification is highly valued,
* Expertise on client relationship management/Excellent problem-solving skills are required,
* Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications or related software
