Project Management Expert
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to oversee cost, schedule, risk, and change management controls for large-scale infrastructure programs. You will provide regular reports to the PMO Lead and ensure seamless project execution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Cost or Schedule or Estimating or Risk and other Project Controls personnel in a coordinated manner on medium-risk, large-size projects or elements on larger programs.
* Contribute to managing the project controls team per the project plans.
* Identify and analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans within the project portfolio.
* Facilitate changes and interventions to ensure project controls service goals are achieved.
* Participate in the development of a budget and operating or delivery plans for the project controls services on a project or program.
* Review and ensure adherence to the project controls services operating or delivery plan, scope, schedule, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
Qualifications:
You should have:
* A minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Controls.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team in a senior capacity.
* Significant experience in project management or project controls management within large infrastructure programmes.
* An academic award in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent.
* Experience with financial management and estimating.
