Overview
Constellation Healthcare is hiring experienced Clinical, Educational, or Counselling Psychologists for permanent, hybrid roles with 3 days on-site per week in North County Dublin.
We offer a child-centred, multidisciplinary approach to neurodiversity, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and early intervention to support children and families. The role involves pediatric assessments, with opportunities to deliver intervention and bespoke projects where suitable. You will report to the Operations Manager and Clinical Lead and contribute to impactful psychological support within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality psychology assessment services for children and families assigned to you.
* Deliver a high-quality psychology service in accordance with professional practice standards.
* Conduct assessments and collaborate with other clinicians to determine outcomes and results.
* Attend MDT meetings to discuss findings, recommendations, and complete the Summary Report.
* Lead the assessment process through MDT and Clinical Governance feedback.
Eligibility & Qualifications
* University degree or diploma (QQI Level 8 or equivalent) with Psychology as a major subject and honours (1st or 2nd class).
* Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology, or an equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction validated by the Department of Health (include letter of validation).
* Demonstrated expertise in paediatric assessments with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and family-centred practice.
* Minimum of 5 years satisfactory post-graduate experience in professional psychology (no more than 3 years in obtaining the post-graduate qualification; at least 2 years post-qualification full-time experience).
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
* Strong ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured reports.
