Job Title: Project Manager Location: Galway Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Operations Director / Senior Management Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical roofing knowledge, and experience managing budgets, time lines, and teams.
Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage roofing projects ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Manage procurement of materials and resources.
Resolve issues and delays efficiently and professionally.
Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or roofing industry.
Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications Degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
CSCS card or equivalent health and safety certification.
Experience with residential and commercial roofing projects.
