We are working with a leading international firm who are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join their Funds and Investment Management team within their Dublin office.
The Role
The successful candidate will support an esteemed Funds & Asset Management practice, collaborating with knowledge lawyers across the firm to support the team through development and maintenance of legal precedents. The candidate’s duties will also include conducting in-depth legal research, preparing briefing materials, and updating the firm’s library of legal precedents.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development and client engagement initiatives through formulating advice and leading and contributing to tenders and presentations for the firm’s client base.
6+ PQE;
Strong background in knowledge management, funds, and investment management within a medium to large commercial firm;
Outstanding academics;
Technically excellent;
Willingness to become involved in business development;
Ability to work independently and as a team.
