Job Title: BIM Coordinator We are seeking an experienced and skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team.
As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing architectural design services on construction projects.
Responsibilities: BIM Process Implementation and Management Information Management Develop and Implement BIM Execution Plan Familiarity with Construction Management Software Model Development and Coordination Clash Detection and Resolution Communication and Collaboration Quality Assurance To be considered for this role, you will have 3+ years experience in BIM coordination or similar degree/diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related field proficiency in BIM software strong understanding of construction processes digital workflows excellent communication problem-solving skills knowledge relevant standards (ISO 19650 PAS 1192) is an advantage.
