Senior Office Operations & Administration Specialist Location:Dublin City Centre (Onsite, Full-Time) Salary: €28,000 - €32,000 DOE The Role Were looking for aSenior Office Operations & Administration Specialistwithat least 2 years administration experienceand the right attitude: can-do, will-do, and eager-to-learn. This is acareer-progression role, perfect for an administrator whos ready to step up, take ownership, and build their career in recruitment operations. This is a fully onsite role, based in our Dublin City Centre office.Youll be at the heart of the business, working closely with the entire team in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. What Youll Do Manage day-to-day office operations across admin, HR support, compliance, and systems. Work acrossthree different software platformswith ease and curiosity. Explore and embraceAI toolsto improve efficiency and productivity. Support consultants with contracts, documentation and compliance. Own your work with autonomy knowing you have clear direction, trust, and support when needed. What Were Looking For 2+ years experiencein administration or office operations. Lived experience in anSME environment: small teams, flat structure, fast-paced, multitasking. Tech-savvy and open to exploringAIin your daily work. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. A resilient, proactive problem-solver you thrive on responsibility, not hand-holding.
