JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join a growing engineering organisation based in Dublin. This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on exposure across mechanical design, project support, and cost analysis, while working alongside experienced engineers in a supportive office-based environment. They support projects from initial concept through to delivery, placing a strong emphasis on technical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, the Junior Engineer will: Assist with mechanical design work from concept through to detailed drawings. Support senior engineers with project coordination and lifecycle management. Contribute to costing, estimates, and technical evaluations. Prepare and update engineering documentation, drawings, and reports. Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. Gain exposure to multiple stages of engineering projects in a structured learning environment. CANDIDATE PROFILE This role would suit someone who: Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar). Has up to 2 years' experience in an engineering or technical role (graduates welcome). Is eager to develop skills in mechanical design and project engineering. Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning. Is comfortable working in an office-based engineering role.
