At GTreasury, we're building the next generation of treasury technology — and we're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer – Enablement to help engineering teams ship faster, safer, and with confidence.
This is not a traditional SRE role.
You won't just keep systems running — you'll coach, mentor, and enable teams to do it brilliantly themselves.
What makes this role different?
You'll embed with product teams in 6–12 week enablement engagements, helping them level up across three critical domains:
Observability – logs, metrics, traces, SLOs, dashboards, faster MTTR
Releasability – CI/CD, trunk-based dev, progressive delivery, automation
Security – Dev Sec Ops, secure pipelines, threat modelling, vulnerability remediation

Experience in SRE / Dev Ops / Platform Engineering
Strong observability tooling experience (Datadog, New Relic, Open Telemetry)
CI/CD expertise with Azure Dev Ops & Git Hub Actions
Octopus Deploy and Terraform experience (required)
