Service Advisor
CPL Healthcare is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our client in Dublin, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end service journey of customer vehicles, from scheduling appointments to handing over serviced vehicles and processing payments.

About the Role:
* Providing the end-to-end service of a customer vehicle service journey.
* Meeting and greeting all service customers.
* Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, or walk-in.
* Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repair work.
* Maintaining up-to-date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair.
* Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs.
* Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed, and processing payment.
* Liaising with other teams in the business, including management, reception, sales, warranty, and parts.
* Assisting with gathering customer service feedback.
Skills and Experience:
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar role working in the Motor industry.
* Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English).
* A working knowledge of ADP/Kerridge - further training can be provided.
* Proven experience in providing excellent service to frontline customers.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage time effectively, particularly at peak times.
* A valid driving license for Ireland.
* Fully authorized to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit.
