Executive Search Consultant Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant.
This role combines client relationship management, business development, and senior candidate engagement, offering a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development & Sales:
o Identify and secure retained and contingent executive search assignments.
o Manage complex executive-level recruitment projects from briefing to placement.
o Achieve sales and gross profit targets in line with KPIs.
o Contribute to tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
o Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Client Management:
o Provide consultative advice on executive hiring strategies.
o Deliver market insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends.
o Conduct regular client visits and service reviews.
o Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
* Candidate Management:
o Source, assess, and engage senior-level candidates across multiple sectors.
o Provide detailed interview preparation and career advice.
o Manage the offer process, including negotiations and counteroffers.
o Build and manage a strong pipeline of executive talent.
o Provide constructive feedback and ongoing candidate support.
* Quality & Compliance:
o Ensure all recruitment activity complies with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions.
o Provide regular reports and market insights to the Head of Executive Search.
