Requirements:

* A relevant third-level qualification in Real estate, Property Management, or other related discipline.

* Development/Project Management experience necessary.

* Strong understanding of the residential housing landscape in Dublin and relevant government policies.

* Experience in securing funding and managing project budgets.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
