About CPAC Modular CPAC Modular is Irelands leading modular main contractor, specialising in designing and constructing high-quality offsite modular building systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular health and safety audits at the CPAC Modular HQ (factory) and various construction sites nationwide. Identify, record and escalate safety issues; track corrective actions to ensure they are resolved by the assigned closure dates. Review subcontractor Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) in collaboration with the Health and Safety Manager. Support site teams in completing and maintaining accurate safety documentation. Coordinate the installation of health and safety signage and construction safety notices on new and existing project sites. Develop and maintain a Toolbox Talk (TBT) calendar, updating it based on incidents, accidents, or near misses (both internal and industry-wide). Assist with the delivery of Toolbox Talks in both factory and site environments, ensuring timely delivery as per the weekly schedule. Monitor and ensure that all site lifting equipment is inspected weekly and records maintained. Oversee Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) for site electrical tools and ensure compliance records are up to date. Raise and follow up on health and safety issues, ensuring timely and effective close-out in line with agreed task dates. Deliver health and safety inductions for new personnel at both the HQ and site locations. Become proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud system (training will be provided) and support staff in its use, particularly for health and safety form management and documentation. Assist in the preparation and submission of Abnormal Load Permit applications as required. Support the Project Managers, Health & Safety Manager, and Quality & Compliance team with additional safety-related tasks as required. Desired Experience and Qualifications Essential: A recognised Health and Safety qualification (minimum Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent). Safe Pass. Minimum 1 year of health and safety experience within the construction industry. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures applicable to multi-site operations. Proven experience conducting health and safety audits. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. Positive, proactive attitude and a strong sense of accountability. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk Construction Cloud (or similar platforms), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. Full, clean driving licence (travel to multiple sites required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. Enthusiastic about working in dynamic construction and manufacturing settings. Desirable: Experience working in a modular construction or manufacturing environment.
