We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating & Plumbing Supervisor to join our team in Cork.
As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will play a fundamental role in providing exceptional customer service to both established and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer needs and ensuring that they are met efficiently in line with company standards
* Maintaining accurate records of sales, client interactions, and other relevant activities
* Supporting and liaising with external sales representatives to ensure that customer quotes & orders are processed accurately and efficiently
