ABOUT THE ROLE
* Partner with Operations and Finance teams to help shape and deliver key financial planning outputs - budgets, forecasts, long-term plans.
* Build intuitive dashboards and reports that bring data to life and help drive better decisions.
* Play a central role in supporting performance reviews and helping teams turn insight into action.
* Help build a more data-driven culture across the team.
* Work on cross-functional initiatives that support broader business goals – from cost optimisation to continuous improvement.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* You’ll likely be a qualified accountant or analyst with strong commercial awareness and experience working with data in a business context.
* Comfortable with large datasets, and curious about how to make data more useful and usable.
* A natural collaborator – someone who enjoys working with others and adding value through partnership.
* An interest in continuous improvement.
