About the Role
This exciting position involves working closely with members of the Operations team and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that make managing payments better.
You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in Customer Onboarding, Treasury, Operations Compliance, and Support.
* Carry out daily payment processing and reconciliation activities.
* Investigate exceptions ensuring they are processed in accordance with the standards.
* Identify and investigate suspected fraudulent activity including production of suspicious activity reports.
* Carry out transaction and event monitoring in accordance with AML policies.
* Complete customer onboarding reviews to the defined process and targets.
* Delivering on initiatives to enhance the operations of the business.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years' experience in a business environment, ideally in the areas of treasury or operations.
A degree in Business, Arts, Finance, or a related field is required. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow documented procedures and clear communication are also essential.
