Business Development Manager Role
About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the Irish food service sector, managing a team of Van Sales Executives, and contributing to commercial strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and motivating a team of 15 Van Sales Executives through coaching, training, and journey planning.
* Selling our full product range in the Dublin/Leinster territory, both on the road and in the office.
* Creating and executing a commercial strategy that drives revenue and profit.
* Maintaining existing relationships and building new ones with key stakeholders.
* Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
* Contributing to product development and branding strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development and sales within the Irish fresh food industry.
* A strong understanding of food service distribution in Ireland, with established relationships in the industry.
* Experience in sales reporting and P&L analysis.
* A full clean driving license.

* A basic salary of €60,000 plus bonus.
