Cliff at Lyons are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the operation of our bars across the property.
This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for a seasoned bar professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of bar service, including staffing, stock control, event service, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as Head Bar Person in a high-end hospitality environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and premium beverage service.
