Job Title: Motor Damage Operations Manager
This role involves leading and supporting a team of motor damage professionals to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will have strong managerial experience within the claims industry, with a proven ability to oversee team leaders or managers in a busy operational setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical grounding in motor damage claims, with confidence handling escalated issues. They will also have experience designing or improving operational processes and procedures, as well as strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
A key aspect of this role is driving team performance while maintaining a hands-on understanding of day-to-day operations and claims. The successful candidate should be proactive, adaptable and comfortable working at pace in a people-focused environment.
