Job Title: Respite Service Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Respite service in Naas. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, knowledge of current legislation and regulations, and a deep understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality support services
* Implement and develop support/care plans and PCPs in line with individual needs
* Coordinate and manage developing services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
* Deliver support according to the person's PCP and care plan, prioritizing their needs and preferences
Requirements:
* Three years' management experience with responsibility for a team of employees
* Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector
* Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism
* Proven ability to work on own initiative, adapt communication style, and be patient and kind
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Full driving license essential
