We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a long-term residential project in Maynooth.

* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring alignment with programme, design, and safety requirements.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to maintain efficient workflow.
* Monitor progress and quality, maintaining accurate site records and reporting regularly to the Project Manager.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or trade background in construction, civil engineering, or a related field and 5+ years experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
Requirements
* Degree or trade background in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor.
* Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on large residential or commercial projects.
* Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, safety standards, and construction methodologies.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Full driving licence required.
