Job Title: Test Centre Administrator - Tralee
Reports To: District Manager
Department: Test Centre
Hours of Work: 25.5 hours monthly, Monday – Saturday
Contract Type: Permanent, part-time
Summary: To supervise test candidates to ensure the efficient invigilation and execution of tests at Prometric test centers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To receive test candidates and test centre visitors upon arrival.
2. To verify test candidates' identification and eligibility upon arrival.
3. To monitor candidates during tests to ensure a secure testing environment.
4. To sign test candidates in and out of the testing room.
5. To file reports for irregularities or complaints.
6. To ensure security by managing locks and security systems; may hold keys.
7. To operate computer hardware and test centre equipment.
8. To support operations and technical personnel with data communications.
9. To operate DVR, digital camera, telephone, and alarm systems as required.
10. To participate in quality assurance, audit programs, and other initiatives as a team player.
11. To maintain cleanliness of the Test Centre.
12. To ensure a safe work environment and report health & safety issues.
13. To complete TCA accreditation exams and training sessions as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Flexibility regarding hours and coverage in other test centers if needed.
2. Customer Service experience.
3. Ability to meet commitments.
4. Responsiveness to management requests.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work as part of a team.
