Job Title: Chief Procurement Officer
Our company seeks an accomplished Chief Procurement Officer to drive the procurement process and contribute to our team’s success.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, inventory management, purchase orders, supplier negotiation, supplier performance monitoring, and internal collaboration with sales, service, and warehouse teams. This is a full-time position that requires 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. A qualification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, IIPMM) or currently studying towards one is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Procurement: Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure a seamless process.
2. Inventory Management: Take charge of the reorder process for inventory stock.
3. Purchase Orders: Prepare and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
4. Supplier Negotiation: Support negotiations with suppliers to secure the best value for cost, quality, and delivery terms.
5. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on supplier performance and help with supplier reviews.
6. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, service, warehouse) to align purchasing needs with business requirements.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Experience: 2–3 years in procurement or supply chain management.
* Education: Qualification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, IIPMM) or currently studying towards one is preferred.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
