You will possess a drive for success and the ability to influence others within our Restructuring business.High-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters involving common law jurisdictions,Day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures, receiverships, examinerships, valuations, corporate advisory and investigation assignmentsDrafting detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts and creditorsManaging and mentoring junior members of staffContributing to development of best practiceEstablishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant fieldAn insolvency, accounting, or legal background and a qualification from an internationally recognized institution or professional bodyA minimum of 7 years of recent relevant work experience, with a focus on insolvency, restructuring and associated investigationsPossessing risk tolerance and stress toleranceGood business sense and commercial acumenAbility to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problemsStrong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; andExcellent communication skills (written and spoken).About KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
