The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develops effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and optimize processes Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Skills: Recruitment & Selection Talent Management hiring
