About the role


Availability Window

Days and Times:

* Sun: 07:00 - 22:15
* Mon: 06:00 - 22:15
* Tue: 06:00 - 22:15
* Wed: 06:00 - 22:15
* Thu: 06:00 - 22:15
* Fri: 06:00 - 22:15
* Sat: 06:30 - 22:15

You will be responsible for:

* Always put the customer first and consider them in everything you do.
* Get to know your customers and serve them with pride.
* Ensure products and services are available for customers at all times.
* Handle all products with care to maintain quality.
* Keep the shop floor and back areas clean and tidy.
* Follow department routines and processes.
* Adhere to all company policies and Health and Safety routines.
* Support colleagues by helping in other departments as needed.


You will need

* Able to provide great customer service by proactively engaging with customers.
* Work hard for customers, your team, and your department.
* Prioritize tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Be adaptable and resilient to meet changing business demands.
* Follow verbal and written instructions.
* Be reliable and punctual.
* Maintain a smart and tidy appearance.
