Relief Support Worker
About the Role:
This is a Relief Support Worker position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The post holder will work as part of a team to provide a safe and caring environment for service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Comply with all policies and procedures, adhering to the ethos of the organization.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
* Provide non-directive support and advocacy services to service users.
* Promote service user participation and social interaction within the community.
* Support clients in general appointments and adhere to their care plans.
* Act as an advocate for service users when necessary.
Requirements:
* A minimum of Level 5 - Social Care qualification or equivalent.
* A full clean driving license.
* Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
