Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our organization's dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to designated business units, working closely with HR Business Partners and line managers.
* Provide comprehensive HR support across various areas of the organization, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, grievances & disciplinary actions, recruitment, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive employee engagement, people management, and organisational culture within the organization.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional experiences.
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR services that meet the organisation's goals.
* Handle HR queries, reporting, and policy advice in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within an operations or manufacturing environment.
* Broad exposure across all areas of HR, with expertise in compensation & benefits, employee relations, grievance handling, recruitment, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
* Experience in international mobility (employee secondments, work permits, visas) is an added advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build trusted relationships.
