Our client is currently looking for a Sales/Finance Administrator to join a busy dealership in Bray on a 10- 12-month maternity leave cover contract. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to step into a rewarding administrative role with full training provided.
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the dealership. Reporting to the Dealership Accountant and Dealership Manager, your duties will include:
* Processing vehicle purchase and sales documentation (new, used, and trade-ins)
* Managing invoices, payments, and lodgements
* Chasing outstanding debts and resolving invoice queries
* Supporting reception duties and handling overflow phone calls
* Ensuring vehicle change-of-ownership and finance paperwork is completed
* Keeping digital and paper filing systems organised and up to date
* Following internal processes and manufacturer guidelines
Experience:
* Administration experience
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* A friendly, professional manner when dealing with colleagues and customers
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
Salary/Remuneration
€30,000 - €36,000 with a completion bonus attached
