As a senior technical resource, you'll take a lead role in developing and deploying advanced statistical and machine learning models using Python to support strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities as a Senior Pricing Analyst:
• Design, build, and deploy robust production-grade Python applications for pricing analytics and risk modelling.
• Collaborate with actuaries, data engineers, and business teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver scalable models.
• Champion best practices in machine learning, code quality, MLOps, and DevOps (Docker, Git, FastAPI).
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing within the data science team.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to diverse audiences.
Essential Skills:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Data Science/Insurance Pricing role.
• Expert proficiency in Python and advanced experience with statistical/ML techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and production ML workflows.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering business-critical projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
• Databricks, ML Flow, Kubernetes, Azure ML
• Experience in insurance or financial services industry.
