You will design, review, and troubleshoot real customer architectures acrosscloud platforms, Oracle Databases (including Exadata), networking, and automation. You will work directly with customers, sales, and engineering teams to help customers adopt OCI and multicloud solutions in production.This role is for someone who has already designed and delivered complex cloud or database systems at scale and is comfortable discussing both technical details and architectural decisions with senior stakeholders.What you will doWork directly with enterprise customers to design, review, and troubleshoot OCI Multicloud architecturesSupport customer migrations and modernizations involving Oracle Databases, Exadata, applications, infrastructure, and networkingAct as a technical authority for customers, account teams, and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with sales and product teams during customer engagements to ensure technically sound solutionsExplain architectural trade-offs and design decisions clearly to engineers, architects, and executive stakeholdersIdentify recurring customer problems and help create repeatable solutions and adoption patternsSupport key customer wins and help scale those solutions across similar customersStay current on cloud and database technologies relevant to OCI MulticloudShare knowledge and help enable other architects and engineers when neededWhat we are looking forSenior / Principal-level experience as a Cloud Architect or Solution Architect in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)ORStrong experience with one major cloud platform (OCI / AWS / Azure / GCP) combined with solid Oracle Database experience, including ExadataProven experience designing and supporting production cloud and database systemsGood understanding of cloud networking, security, automation, and infrastructure as codeAbility to work directly with customers and explain technical topics without oversimplifyingExperience working with large, complex enterprise customersComfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field10+ years of relevant experience in cloud, database, or enterprise infrastructure rolesExperience with OCI and/or AWS in real customer environmentsCloud or database certifications (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus, not a requirement
