With a strong reputation for quality, service, and technical expertise, they operate a network of branches offering solutions to the construction industry, installers, and homeowners.
We are now seeking an experienced and commercially driven
Regional Manager
to lead operations across multiple branches within the Leinster region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service across your region. You will work closely with Branch Managers to achieve business objectives, implement best practice, and maintain the company's high standards in safety, compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and develop Branch Managers to deliver on sales, margin, and profitability targets.
* Monitor and analyse regional performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Ensure all branches adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety regulations.
* Drive a culture of customer service excellence across all locations.
* Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and cost controls in conjunction with each branch.
* Develop and implement local sales and marketing initiatives to maximise revenue.
* Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring strong succession planning.
* Liaise with senior management to report on performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a multi-site management role, ideally within the builders' merchants, plumbing/heating supplies, or construction-related sector.
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
* Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to analyse data, spot trends, and take decisive action.
* Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Leinster region.
