Your Role and Responsabilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations within a designated centre.
Ensure compliance with HIQA, Health Act 2007, and related legislation.
Support and mentor your team through supervision, training, and reflection.
Promote inclusion, dignity, and personal choice for all service users.
Engage with families, professionals, and regulatory bodies.
Manage resources effectively, balancing quality and accountability.
What You'll Need
Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent recognised by CORU, or Level 7 plus Management qualification (min. 30 ECTS, Level 6 or higher) in line with HIQA Regulation 14(7).
Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in a health or social care setting.
Strong understanding of HIQA, Children First Act 2015, Disability Act 2005, and GDPR.
Full, clean driving licence.
Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through the National Vetting Bureau.
