I'm Nick, Head of Customer Success at SportsKey. I'm looking for someone ambitious, organised, and good with people – who wants to own renewals, help sports organisations succeed, and grow their career as part of a team that genuinely cares about sport.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll take ownership of renewals, ensuring customers continue to see value in SportsKey and choose to grow with us year after year. You'll help automate and improve renewal workflows, identify upsell opportunities, and act as the link between our customers and the Product Team to share insights that shape the platform.
You'll also contribute across our support channels when required, helping customers get fast, practical answers and ensuring we maintain a consistently high standard of customer experience.

Requirements
* You must have graduated from college or university within the last four years to be eligible for this role
* SaaS experience preferable
* Proven record of achievement and a desire to learn and grow in a scaling environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-facing role
