The ideal candidate would have intermediate excel skills and great attention to detail, this temporary assignment to cover for a leave in our team.Please note this is a temporary full time position available within our Ashfield Chadwicks team.Knowledge, Education & ExperienceKnowledge of general administration / clerical systemsExcellent IT literacy with an ability to efficiently learn new systemsKey ResponsibilitiesUpdate Branch Cycle Count reports dailyAssist the Central Stock Control team with adhoc admin dutiesPrepare and send weekly/monthly Stock ReportsEssential CompetenciesAbility to prioritise workloadExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailA pro-active approach with a general positive and enthusiastic attitudeHave excellent numerical / Data entry skillsComputer Literate with excellent Microsoft Excel skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsWork well within a teamAbility to work on your own initiativeKey RelationshipsBranch ColleaguesBranch ManagerRegional DirectorSupport Office teamContract TypeTemporary 12 Month ContractTemporary, Full time 39-hour contractWorking week Monday to FridayOur Benefits IncludeCompetitive Basic SalaryColleague Saving SchemeColleague DiscountHybrid working modelWellness Initiatives
