This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse execution, accurate logistics billing, and effective cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:Provide daily on-site operational supportImplement key operational metrics and ensure effective execution of operational standards and proceduresSupport operational processes and the coordination of other resourcesResponsible for the implementation of on-site 6S managementCoordinate and communicate with other departments to facilitate problem resolutionComplete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisorJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree or aboveAt least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations; familiar with overseas warehouse operation modelsStrong systematic thinking and data analysis skills; able to understand operational complexity, adapt to new business changes, and maintain a global perspectiveProficient in using WMS, OMS, and TMS systems to support decision-making in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and transportation planning; skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and teamwork awareness, with good communication and learning abilitiesFluent in English and ChineseAdditional Advantages:Forklift operation experience and valid forklift license are preferredSeniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Truck Transportation
