Position
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of aircraft induction and redelivery projects, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations and contractual requirements. Leads a small team of highly skilled professionals and manages additional CAMO projects, with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead aircraft inductions and redeliveries ensuring compliance and on‑time delivery.
Oversee aircraft records, maintenance status, and airworthiness conditions.
Ensure compliance with EASA Part-CAMO / Part-145 requirements.
Plan and manage CAMO projects, including schedules, risks, and resources.
Provide updates and escalation to CAMO Manager.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of CAMO professionals.
Ensure continuing airworthiness and support audits.
Liaise with lessors, MROs, OEMs, and aviation authorities.
Qualifications
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience
5+ years’ experience in CAMO or airline engineering.
Experience in aircraft inductions, transitions, or redeliveries.
Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145.
Project leadership experience; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous.
