Site Manager Job Description
This role involves managing a site team and coordinating activities within scope. It also includes the execution of maintenance and calibration programmes for equipment in scope.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site team and coordinate activities within scope.
* Execute maintenance and calibration programme for equipment in scope.
* Lead and direct engineering technical support team to ensure equipment optimisation, reliability, availability.
The Site Manager will be responsible for commercial management of contract cost control budgetary management forecasting internal reporting ensuring all activities on site are carried out safely maintaining GMP requirements compliance.
The ideal candidate must have an Engineering degree or equivalent preferably with four to five years post graduate experience supervisory line management experience demonstrable Health & Safety knowledge especially Seveso environment operating regulated environments excellent PC skills ability deliver presentations client internal levels computer skills Excel Word etc CMMS systems SAP Six Sigma qualification Supervisory/management qualification design modification industrial utilities pharmaceutical utilities energy management experience continuous improvement techniques 5S/Kaizen/Sigma/FMEA.">
