The Community Liaison Officer will support project stakeholder management and communication functions throughout the project lifecycle. They will be responsible for executing the strategic stakeholder engagement plan, including processes, procedures, controls, systems, and reporting, ensuring it remains effective as the project progresses.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing project stakeholders efficiently and in a coordinated manner.
* Collaborating with the stakeholder lead and manager to support public-facing stakeholder engagement efforts.
* Providing updates to internal teams and coordinating with contractors to monitor stakeholder liaison activities and commitments.
* Identifying and communicating risks related to public engagement and reputation.
* Serving as the main contact for community stakeholders at specific locations, briefing on construction activities, promoting the project, and resolving concerns.
* Organizing and attending meetings and forums as specified in the engagement strategy.

Required skills and experience:

* Proven experience in implementing best practices in technical activities, processes, policies, and standards.
* Deep understanding of design and delivery of complex projects in architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
* Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and improving processes within organizations.
* Knowledge of quality management and process improvement, preferably within construction.

Additional skills:

* Ability to manage technical outputs to enhance efficiency.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Capability to govern and drive outcomes ensuring high-quality service.
* Bachelor's degree in public relations, business, or related field.
