Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Leader to drive sales across our properties, develop growth strategies, and maximise opportunities to cross-sell across multiple brands.
* Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and revenue
* Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each property, leveraging market intelligence and customer insights
* Support forecasting, planning, and lead generation initiatives across the hotels
* Represent the hotels at client meetings, events, and trade shows, showcasing products and services to stakeholders
About the Position
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales management, with experience in multi-site management and leadership roles. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales performance analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans
* Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to drive business growth
* Development of sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives
* Management of CRM systems and data analytics tools to track sales performance and customer engagement
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales management, with a proven track record of sales growth and revenue generation
* Multi-site management experience advantageous, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating staff
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial awareness and ability to make informed decisions
