Responsibilities
Pipeline Building and Relationship Management
Prospect relentlessly to build a strong pipeline and establish lasting relationships with prospects
Forecasting and Pipeline Status Transparency
Create accurate forecasts and maintain transparency with management on pipeline status
Closing New Business
Closely new business consistently at or above quota level
Territory Planning and Competitive Intelligence
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory; document and share competitive information

Leadership and Coaching
Invest in colleagues, provide coaching, and offer advice when opportunities for improvement arise
Team Development and Best Practices
Help develop and circulate best practices that form the foundation of the team
Market Insights and Product Feedback
Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams

Requirements
3+ years of applicable sales experience
Fluency in German and English is required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software
Experience with SaaS opportunities
Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
