Tendermeats is primarily involved in producing, packing and delivering high quality and premium meat products And we are currently looking to recruit Full time General Operatives to join our production team in Cutting, Packing and Dispatch.
The factory operates from Monday through to Saturday during morning and day time hours.
The typically working week will be 5 or 6 days per week, working 7-9 hours per day and ***** hours per week If successful you will work as part of a team to produce, pack and deliver high quality and premium meat products to fulfil the daily/weekly demands of our Customer.
You may be working for extended periods of time in cold/chilled areas and you will be responsible for making sure the meat products are processed and packed to meet the food safety and quality standards required.
You will also be expected to carry out any/all duties as directed by your manager/supervisor Key Responsibilities: Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and protocols Adhering to food Safety, Quality and HACCP standards and protocols to ensure delivery of high Quality products.
Work as part of a team to meet Production targets Will be required to be flexible to work across all areas of the production area.
Will be required to maintain a strong pace of work to achieve production targets Performing daily visual inspections, Quality checks as defined by departmental procedures and instructions.
Completing Quality control and Production documentation.
Key Requirements: Previous experience working in a Production environment beneficial but not essential The person needs to enjoy working individually and also as part of a team Must be flexible in terms of working hours and overtime hours as required.
Must be able to communicate in English Essential: Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland and have the correct work permits and documentation.
